General info and cancellations

Reservations Policies 

We can accommodate children and friendly pets in some cottages. Please call in advance to check availability.  There is a charge of $25.00 per night for each additional guest including children and pets.  Limit 4 in the Lavender Cottage and Rosemary Cottage.  

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.  Later check-in is available by special arrangement.  Please call if you cannot check in by 6:00 p.m.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

A continental breakfast is available from 8:30-9:30 a.m. 

 A $100.00 per room deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation and the balance 7 days prior to your arrival.  For a one night reservation, the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of the reservation. 

Special Offers

Must call in advance to schedule the delivery time of the Romantic Package to your room. 

NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS 7 DAYS OR LESS.

The cancellation policy is 7 days.  If you have to cancel more than 7 days from your reserved stay, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.  If you cancel less than 7 days from the first day of your stay, you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay unless the accommodations can be re-booked.  If the accommodations are re-booked, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.  But, if you rebook within 90 days of your cancellation date, the $50.00 will be subtracted from your next stay.   

A $20.00 fee will be charged for all lost keys and for mailing items left behind at the inn (unless the postage exceeds $20 in which case the charge will include the full cost for mailing the item).
